Why did you decide to become a Realtor and why are you passionate about being a Realtor? 
Growing up in Spartanburg, working at The Beacon Drive-In (family business) and graduating from Wofford College, I always knew I wanted to stay and raise my family in this wonderful community. Being able to successfully promote and sell Spartanburg is an opportunity that few people experience. I feel very fortunate that I have been given the opportunity to make this my life's work. It is heartwarming to see new families move to Spartanburg, and children who grew up in Spartanburg return here in their adult years. They know the advantage of a great education as well as the thriving social and cultural environment. It truly is a one-of-a-kind community that I am proud to call home.

What types of approaches will you use to sell my home and/or find me a home? 
I have been in the Real Estate Business in Spartanburg for 39 years and have watched this community grow in so many positive ways. During this time, I have made amazing connections that help aid in my ability to be one of the best in my field. Being able to call on numerous companies, corporations, and individuals to see if they know of someone looking to sell or move to Spartanburg is a great privilege that I have. We are also very active in the community- working with local schools, churches, civic clubs, the Piedmont Club, Spartanburg Country Club and Carolina Country Club. In addition to being ingrained in our community, we work hard to advertise and market the listings we represent. You can always find our advertising on multiple social media platforms. Also, you will see our advertisements in Spartanburg Magazine, The Real Estate Book, as well as numerous websites including our own wlewiswhite.com, Realtor.com, YellowPages.com, etc. We show our company listings to our clients first, to give them the most exposure possible.

How will you keep me informed? 
Communication is our #1 goal every day! We strive to be available every hour and every minute to help our Buyers, Sellers, and prospects in their Real Estate needs. We pride ourselves on keeping these individuals up to date through every step of the process. You can always reach me, and I will be sure to respond the same day and most times within 30 minutes (unless I am with clients). We also use ShowingTime that is available daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to assist Realtors with scheduling their appointments and keeping our sellers informed on showings on their properties.

Describe a typical day as a Realtor Monday through Friday:
You can always expect me at the office by 8:30 a.m. and I usually don't leave until 5:30 p.m. I am also in the office most Saturdays and Sundays for a few hours, preparing for upcoming showings, appointments, and listings. Whether I am in the office or not, I will return all phone calls and emails the same day I receive them. I am constantly updating listings and informing my clients of new homes or properties that suit their needs. I also devote time every day to reading many publications pertaining to the Real Estate Business, so that I can stay on top of the latest trends, marketing technologies and community growth to improve my business.
